All goods are despatched by 1st class post for UK orders, and Air Mail for International Orders.
Items are generally despatched within 14 working days of payment being accepted, however if there is a delay or an item is out of stock we will contact you within this time frame.
We will notify you upon the despatch of your order. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days from the date of despatch please contact us. Please note that International Orders may take longer to be delivered.
Delivery is free for all UK orders over £100.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any item you must inform us as soon as possible, and return the item within 7 days from receipt of the order.
All items must be returned unused/unworn in their original packaging. If the items are not received by Natural Affinity in this condition you will not be refunded. You are responsible for all costs relating to the return of any item. Please take care how the item is packaged, we will not refund items that have become damaged by the packaging.
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost in the post. We will email you to confirm receipt of the parcel, and when (if applicable) you will be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders are accepted on the basis that if the order is cancelled for any reason by the purchaser, for whatever reason, the purchaser will be responsible to make a cancellation charge payment to Natural Affinity of 20% of the total value of the cancelled order.
